Introduction Conference Call

Saturday 21 March all members of the group for the upcoming Summer Trip were introduced to each other during a long distance conference call.
And what a great bunch of people! We have a few veteran team members that have beem going on Sylvia’s-Children-Trips for more than three years. We have people joining us from all corners of the USA (including Houston and Seattle) and myself, a Dutch member living on the Canaries Isles.
Besides a nurse, we have a large number of school teachers in the group and quiet a few people with various artistic talents. Hopefully we learn more about each member of our team as each of us are official authors of this project website.
I very much look forward to include the whole group in my artistic endeavour to create a memorable, educational experience for Sylvia’s Children. After al, I am not an American, so I shall be looking for input and feedback on how I plan to portray American culture to the pupils of Mbiriizi school.
